Sherwood
Sherwood is a residential development in Bogor, Indonesia, produced for Summarecon. Kunkun Visual delivered the project as CGI stills and a commercial storytelling film, the combination the studio uses when a launch needs both the detail buyers examine and the narrative that makes them care.
About the project
Bogor is an hour from Jakarta and several degrees cooler, which is most of the reason people move there.
So the film leans on the landscape. The rows are shot from above, curving with the contour instead of cutting across it, and the hills sit behind every exterior frame.
Then it goes indoors and slows down. A dining room at dusk. A bedroom at 5:59 in the morning. A child’s birthday. The stills carry the specification and the film carries the reason.
Exteriors graded at golden hour for warmth and human scale, interiors lit from the side to hold material and depth. That is the studio’s residential grammar, and Sherwood is the clearest example of it.
