BLVD City is an integrated urban development where high-end technology, education and entertainment converge. The film follows a child growing up inside the masterplan, using that single narrative to carry a district-scale vision that plans and elevations cannot.
Produced in close collaboration with HAY Agency, who directed the voiceover and core story, while Kunkun Visual ran the full 3D pipeline and the architectural and environmental craft, integrated with curated stock footage for depth.
