Opus Park
Opus Park is an integrated development in Sentul, Indonesia, built by Panasonic Gobel. Kunkun Visual produced its film using real human models shot on greenscreen and composited into 3D environments, rather than the AI characters used on other projects, so the same faces could carry across the OOH and DOOH campaign.
About the project
Opus Park is the project where we did not use AI.
The same two faces had to appear on a billboard, a digital screen, a brochure and a three-minute film, holding the same expression and the same walk in all of them. Generated faces drift between shots. Real models do not, and here the faces were going to become part of the brand.
So we shot people on greenscreen and composited them into the 3D environments. Slower than generating them, and the consistency across the OOH and DOOH campaign is what we bought with the time.
Story
Opus Park Sentul is built on the idea that you should not have to leave to get what you need. Living, leisure and the everyday essentials, in one connected place.
You can start the morning in the cold mountain air of Sentul and be inside a normal urban day an hour later. That is the whole pitch, and it happens to be true.
Process and solutions
Greenscreen plates composited into 3D CGI, frame by frame.
The goal was never to show the architecture. It was to show living well inside it, which is a different film with different shots in it.
So the cut is built from lifestyle moments: someone exercising, someone shopping, friends meeting, the small daily business that tells you what a place is actually like. The mountains stay in frame throughout, because they are the reason anyone chooses Sentul over the city.
