Hillary
Hazelia is a residential cluster in Hillary, Summarecon Bandung, developed by Summarecon. Kunkun Visual produced its film as a commercial rather than a walkthrough, following a young family through an ordinary day in the house. The family was generated with AI and composited into the 3D interiors the studio built.
About the project
Hazelia needed a film about a house, so we made one about the family in it.
The cluster sits inside Hillary, in Summarecon Bandung, and sells on modern family living. That is a hard thing to render and an easy thing to film, so we filmed it: a young couple, a daughter, and the ordinary business of a Tuesday.
The family is generated with AI and composited into the interiors we built. They are not there to fill the frame. They are the reason the frame is worth looking at.
Story
In the heart of Summarecon Bandung, Hazelia is built for people who would rather not commute to their own life.
Commercial, business and lifestyle destinations are a short walk away and the major routes out of the city are close. What it offers is urban energy within reach, and quiet once you close the door.
Process and solutions
We approached it as a commercial film, not a camera move.
That meant asking what happens inside the house rather than how to fly through it. Dramatic camera work can carry a minute. It cannot carry three.
Each scene was written around a moment instead: a routine, a small gesture, the particular quality of light in a room at a particular hour. AI generated the family that makes those moments legible.
The story settled on a young couple with a daughter, successful and unhurried. The home was designed for exactly that life, and the film should not pretend otherwise.
