Services / Visual branding
Branding that makes real estate feel iconic.
Real estate branding is the first conversation a project has with the world, before the sales gallery opens and before a single unit is released. Kunkun Visual builds brand identity and architectural visualization together, in one studio, so every visual element speaks the same language.
That first impression is not built by a tagline. It is built by every visual decision: the colours, the typography, the way a render is composed, the tone of a campaign film, the feeling of a brochure held in someone’s hands.
Brand identity and visual system
The core visual language for a project: logo, colour palette, typography, iconography, and the design grammar that governs every touchpoint. Every element is grounded in the project’s narrative and market positioning.
Brand guidelines and implementation
A brand is only as strong as its consistency. Detailed guidelines keep the identity coherent across sales galleries, digital platforms, print collateral, signage and beyond.
Sales gallery experience design
The sales gallery is where a brand becomes physical. The studio designs the visual experience: the layout of displays, the materials used, the lighting approach, and the integration of interactive tools like KLAY.
3D render and CGI integration
Unlike standalone branding agencies, Kunkun Visual combines brand design with architectural visualization. Branding and renders are built to work together: the same colour language, the same compositional sensibility, the same emotional register.
Why branding and visualization must work together
The most common mistake in property marketing is treating branding and visualization as separate workstreams. A branding agency develops the identity, a visualization studio produces the renders, and somewhere in the middle the two do not quite connect: the warmth of the renders does not match the tone of the brand, or the brand colours look different in CGI than they do in print.
When both come from the same studio, that problem disappears. The team designing the identity is in constant conversation with the team producing the renders and films, and every visual element reinforces the same story.

Common questions
Logo, colour palette, typography, iconography and the design grammar governing every touchpoint, plus written guidelines that keep the identity coherent across sales galleries, digital platforms, print collateral and signage.
When they are split, the warmth of the renders often does not match the tone of the brand, and brand colours look different in CGI than in print. One studio removes that gap because both teams work from the same visual language.
