Experience architecture in real time.

Kunkun Visual produces fully rendered 360° virtual reality tours for architecture and property, viewable on VR headsets, mobile and desktop. They let an audience move through unbuilt spaces and feel scale, light and atmosphere, and suit sales gallery kiosks and overseas buyer presentations.

Virtual reality turns a design presentation into an immersive journey: it reveals detail, improves understanding, and makes a decision easier to reach. With real-time interaction a buyer does not simply see the design. They feel its atmosphere and understand its space.

Delivery

Where a tour can be viewed

VR headsets for the full immersive version, plus mobile and desktop for buyers who are remote or browsing casually. The same tour serves a gallery kiosk and a link sent to an overseas investor.

Difference

How a 360° tour differs from KLAY

A 360° tour is a fixed-viewpoint walkthrough: the visitor looks around from positions the studio has set. KLAY is a real-time Unreal Engine 5 digital twin where a buyer moves freely anywhere. A tour is faster and lighter; a twin is exploratory.

Many projects use both, 360° for reach and the digital twin for the gallery centrepiece.

Fit

Where VR earns its cost

Sales galleries with limited floor space, launches selling to buyers in another country, and projects where interior material quality is the main argument. It is part of the launch and sales acceleration packages rather than a standalone product.

Common questions

A fully rendered walkthrough built from fixed viewpoints, where the viewer looks around in every direction from each position. It is delivered as a link that opens on a VR headset, a phone or a desktop browser, with no application to install.

No. A headset gives the most immersive version, but the same tour works on mobile and desktop. Sales galleries usually run it on a touchscreen kiosk, and overseas buyers open it in a browser.

Choose a 360° tour for reach and speed when buyers mainly need to judge finish and layout. Choose KLAY when the selling argument is scale and freedom to explore, or when buyers want to change materials themselves. Many launches use both.
