Services / Still images

Kunkun Visual builds desire through cinematic still images.

Photoreal CGI still rendering is the foundation of every property marketing campaign. Kunkun Visual composes still images like photographs, with attention to light quality, atmospheric depth, human scale and emotional temperature. Delivery runs 7–14 working days per image from an approved brief.

Each image is a frozen story, not a technical diagram. The studio works in the industry’s most respected pipeline for architectural still imagery, producing images that compete with the finest real estate photography in the world.

Craft

How the images are shot

Exteriors at 24–35mm, interiors at 35–50mm, detail at 85mm, with vertical lines corrected and camera height at eye level. One dominant light direction per frame. Residential exteriors graded at golden hour, towers at blue hour, hospitality at morning golden hour, masterplans in hazy daylight for structural readability.

Common questions

Pricing depends on the view count, complexity and whether interiors, aerials or masterplan views are involved. Kunkun Visual quotes per approved brief rather than per pixel, so a set of eight exterior views costs less per image than a single one-off.

Seven to fourteen working days per image from an approved brief. Rush delivery is available on request. Two revision rounds after the first draft are usually included in the quotation.

High resolution suitable for billboard, print and digital use, supplied as JPEG and TIFF. Aerials, masterplan bird’s-eye views and detail close-ups are delivered at the same standard as the hero exteriors.
